Today is the beginning of Hog Day in Hillsborough. I'm really not sure why they call it Hog Day, but the BBQ contest is a good enough reason for me! And Hog Day also means BBQ made by NHC's own BBQ King, Chuck McLean. Every year he puts out a BBQ spread that is absolutely incredible - pulled pork, ribs, potatoes, slaw, green beans and banana pudding. Arianna and I got all we could eat and it was awesome! Thanks Chuck!!
